In turn, we understand the tremendous degree of trust that our clients place in our products and services, and we work hard to keep our clients (and their clients) satisfied with our fracking products, as well as with their resulting profitability.
More than anything, at iProppant we realize that behind many good proppant and other fracturing products stand rather mediocre proppant suppliers and distributors… This is sad. In turn, we promise to work hard to deliver both.
Our team will not simply sell you the quality well fracturing proppants your complex projects require, but we also will be within an arm’s reach of your top decision makers after the transaction closes. In fact, our contracts include a written service guarantee clause: if we fail to provide post-sale service, we will be contractually obligated to rebate up to 5% of your entire project cost back to you.
